The spring of 20.

With a few weeks to go before N102 is over, and two months until my Invisalign treatment is complete, spring fever is in full form here in CT. Plants are beginning to bloom, and tacked to my bulletin board is the verse from Be Still My Soul: "Leave to thy God to order and provide; in every change, He faithful will remain." I'm a planner. I'm a girl who likes to know what to expect, and I like explanations. But welcome to the world of college and nursing and life, and you don't always get those luxuries. Thank God my plans don't come to fruition; praise Him that He has control over doors that are opened or shut, and that He gives us the power to find joy in the hallway. He has taken the worn, the stressed, the plan-less, and made this beautiful thing called hope.

"For I know, what e'er befall me, Jesus doeth all things well.."

NJ Qualifier 2016

A post-exam jaunt to NJ was called for this week, to take in the last two days of this year's final qualifier. First time visiting a place I've competed, and it was rather strange. Here are the photo highlights..

Laurel, Ben, and Property Law

Ben took it upon himself to help Laurel study this vacation. By the time she returned to Ithaca, he could answer Cornell Property Law questions and read through cases like a pro.

He is Risen!

Laurel was home on Resurrection Day..so although it was cold, we had to take some pictures.
